Northampton’s new research centre to tackle racism

Centre aims to build a “supportive, creative environment for research into issues of race”

A new research centre at the University of Northampton, set to launch on 12 September, will aim to improve racial equality and tackle racism.

The Centre for the Advancement of Racial Equality (Care) will combine resources, research and knowledge, and bring experts together to tackle racial disparities, the university said.
